4th-grade students have been rehearsing a play in class. First, we chose a story from our course book. Then students got their roles and their scripts, like real actors! And now, each student is memorizing and practicing their speech, adding gestures and movements. And all students are having lots of fun.
Dramatization boosts students’ self-confidence and imagination, fosters cooperation among the students, and is universal. Above all, it is a wonderful and fun way to make the children talk in English, in a meaningful way!
